The Insomnia Program is a 4-month integrated approach to reset your sleep cycle, equipping you to sleep deeply, wake up refreshed, and live with more energy.
Unlike many programs and prescriptions which mask the deep issues that contribute to insomnia, my Insomnia Program uses a combination of energy healing and Chinese Herbal Medicine to break the cycle of insomnia at its core.
