Maura really listened. I never once felt rushed or judged at any time. Maura’s recommendations on how to integrate small changes into my day-to-day life really helped me since it was personalized and in a holistic view. I had a healthier morning routine, saw higher energy levels, able to sleep better and I am happier in myself.
Our guided meditations helped me tremendously throughout high periods of stress. Maura’s online sessions also meant that we were able to record our meditations that I could use in-between sessions that would help and support me.
